Stashios Shipping Policy

Our USA-made Stashios treats and products ship domestically via USPS from our facility located in Hopkins, Minnesota. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

After we receive your order confirmation email, orders may take up to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be processed. You will receive another notification when your order has been received by the shipping carrier.

Due to the worldwide impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, unexpected processing and shipping delays may occur that are out of our control. Please visit the USPS Service Alerts Newsroom for up-to-date shipping information.

When your order has been received by USPS, you will receive a shipping notification from us by email which will include your order details and a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@stashiospet.com with your name and order number, and we would be happy to look into it for you.

Currently, we do not offer expedited or international shipments. Our apologies for the inconvenience. We hope to be able to offer international shipments in the near future.
